ABOUT DOMINIC

Dominic's passion for cooking began at a young age. At just 16, he earned a coveted spot in the prestigious Specialised Chef's Scholarship program, run by The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. Since graduating in 2016, Dominic has honed his craft in numerous 5-star hotels, including Coworth Park (Dorchester Collection) and Pennyhill Park.

 

His culinary journey also includes invaluable experience at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Dinner by Heston and The Fat Duck.

 

Dominic's talent extends beyond the kitchen; he has competed in esteemed competitions like The Junior Chocolate Masters, The UK Pastry Open, and The Academy of Chocolate Awards, where he has won a total of nine awards for his exceptional chocolates.

In 2020, Dominic transitioned to the private sector, specialising in bespoke dining experiences. He now offers exclusive dinner parties and fine dining evenings in his spare time from being a product developer, delighting clients with his culinary expertise.

 

Over the years, Dominic has had the pleasure of cooking for numerous clients, consistently delivering memorable and exquisite dining experiences.
